Southeast Carbon Works Inc. ships within the USA and Canada through many freight carriers including USPS, UPS, FED-Ex etc.. For the best accurate shipping quote contact a sales representative.
Our hours are Monday - Friday from 9am - 9pm Eastern time. (We observe all national holidays.)

Returns:

All parts that are special ordered for customers are non-returnable, all special order sales are final,and non-cancellable, there is a 25% restocking fee for all items that are in stock from our inventory and not special ordered.

All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are to be paid by customers returning merchandise to Southeast Carbon Works, Inc..

All returns must be received back to Southeast Carbon Works, Inc. within 10 days with prior return authorization approval # .
